How Tesco Bank launched with a bright new approach

Challenge

Tesco Bank was leaving its partnership with RBSand establishing itself as an independent company.

It needed to engage with its staff; talk aboutthe change that was happening and outline its future plans. It also needed anoperational atmosphere that would inspire efficiency and teamwork in its newpremises.

Our response

We created a communications campaign that reflected thecompany’s lively, modern ethos and approach to business and resonated with thelargely youthful audience.

Large format display material and internal departmentalgraphics created a productive and fun working atmosphere and reinforced the company’svalues. Plasma screens, email newsletters and bulletins kept people aware ofchanges and strategic goals as well involving them in fun engagementactivities.

Result

There was immediate engagement with immensely positivereaction to communications. Staff better understood what the separation fromRBS meant and what the future would bring. Our work helped Tesco Bank preparefor the future and the business has grown exponentially since.
